Desiree Fisher

Desiree Fisher is the founder of Intention Point Consulting, where she advises organizations across industries on leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, and team performance. She brings more than 32 years of experience in program development, leadership and administration

Desiree has led complex organizations, managed and developed high-impact teams, and successfully implemented forward-thinking curriculum and instructional practices designed to prepare her teams for a rapidly changing world. Her leadership emphasized trust-building, clarity of purpose, and shared ownership among staff and stakeholders.

In addition to her consulting work, Desiree currently serves as a University Supervisor in at George Fox University, where she mentors and supports emerging educators and leaders. Her strongest professional skill lies in managing people and motivating teams, helping individuals and organizations align values, strategy, and implementation of ideas to achieve sustainable results.

Desiree holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Colorado, a Master of Science in Education from Walden University, and a Specialist Degree (EdS) in Administrative Leadership from George Fox University. With a vision for building something meaningful, Desiree brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. She is deeply committed to creating the conditions that allow people and institutions to grow, adapt, and thrive in service of meaningful educational and organizational outcomes. Desiree sets the tone for everything we do at Intention Point Consulting.
