New Adventure Transition Coaching - For professionals that are moving into a new position within an organization or moving to a new company altogether, this coaching will work to prepare you for what lies ahead. It will be an opportunity to visualize and work through the challenges that inevitably come with change.
Professional Refinement Coaching - As a part of your proactive maintenance plan as a professional, this coaching will work to help you anticipate pivot points and the discussion that follow decisions about changing common practices. Time spent with your consultant will focus on your processes of decision making and your communication of those decisions.
Program Development
K - 12 Educational Enrichment and Core Learning Pathways - This work is focused on planning and preparing for new programs tied to grants or donation advancement projects. It is the future planning and connecting Oregon State Standards to new course work that would accompany a request for funds necessary to promote a school’s current and new course offerings.
Human Resource Workplace Training Plans - This work is focused on specific industry training for employees and/or Oregon Bureau of Labor requirements for staff learning. This PD would be engaging and collaborative tasks for the staff to learn and incorporate the mandatory information each year to satisfy industry or state requirements.
Conflict Resolution Protocols - This work will focus on anticipating and addressing possible conflicts that could arise in an organization and help to prevent conflict from interfering with outcomes. By establishing agreements for interactions and setting expectations for tone and word choice, staff can trust each other to address concerns in respectful and productive ways with a shared goal of resolving issues.
